Who we are

What we collect
When you fill in a form or message us, we collect the details you give us: name, phone number, email, and what you're looking for (for example budget, community, bedrooms, or your property's details for a valuation). If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp name, number and messages.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry: to contact you about homes, viewings, valuations and related services, and to keep a record of our conversations in our client management system. We don't sell your data or share it with other agencies. We may share details with a landlord, seller or developer only when needed to progress a viewing or transaction you've asked for.
Messages
We send WhatsApp messages through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying "STOP" or telling your agent.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to help you and meet our legal obligations in the UAE, then we delete it. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing carl.giacone@giaandcorealestates.com.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use cookies. To learn which channels bring people to us (for example Instagram or Google), your browser remembers how you arrived for the current visit only, and we count visits per channel without identifying you. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and doesn't track you across sites.
Data deletion
To have your data deleted, email carl.giacone@giaandcorealestates.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the phone number you used. We'll confirm within 30 days.
