DAMAC Hills
DAMAC Hills is a gated community of around 42 million sq ft in Dubailand, built around the Trump International Golf Club. It mixes golf-view apartments, townhouse clusters and large villas, with parks, lakes and cycle paths running through it.

- Some outer areas are still under construction
- Fine dining means a drive to the Marina or Downtown
